With a background in community mental health, I'm comfortable holding space for the uncertainty life throws our way. I specialize in navigating life transitions with respect and awareness of the way that culture, race, gender identity, and sexual orientation can inform those transitions.
I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy perspective and implement aspects of Strengths Based and Person Centered therapies. I prioritize developing a strong rapport and trusting relationship with my clients. I view my work as a collaboration between your expertise in yourself and mine in evidence based practices. Together we work to establish or clarify treatment goals that support your mental and emotional wellness.
